Nueva York: Cafe caro...caro...

A 12 dólares la taza (¡unos 48 pesos argentinos!), ayer se puso a la venta el cafecito más caro de Nueva York: a tono con la moda de la infusión gourmet, una variedad llamada Nekisse, que viaja desde Etiopía y confirma que la bebida inició su camino premium. La apuesta fue de Café Grumpy ("huraño" en inglés, de ahí el logo: una carita enojada), una tienda con locales en Chelsea, Park Slope y Greenpoint, y que apuesta a la bebida sofisticada. Se explica que el Nekisse tiene un sabor "muy limpio, dulce y complejo, con notas tropicales de ananá, kiwi y lima". Una rareza. O la confirmación de que se vienen cafés cada vez más  gustosos.
